PROJECT TIME: 8 WEEKS FROM START TO FINISH

What is ironic is this is a house we worked on over 20 years ago. There have been three owners since then. There was a major addition put on at some time by one of the previous owners.

They needed a whole new kitchen, walls removed, new office and the utility room moved.

We brought in a structural engineer and removed 6 interior walls and opened up the entire kitchen and living room area which is about 18’ x 40’ now after walls are removed. We put in a whole new kitchen including two dishwashers, two sinks and a huge island. We turned her old utility room into her office, created a whole new utility room in a more convenient location. Before it was off the kitchen and not near the bedrooms before. We took out a vinyl floor in the kitchen and added onto the existing hardwood flooring and then refinished it all. It is a wonderful space now for family and entertaining. She raves about it to everyone.
